Course Overview
This Gladhill Associates International training is certified by Exemplar Global and fulfills the IAQG requirements for an ISO Lead Auditor Course.
The instructor led course can be conducted on-line or face to face from 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m. each of the three days.
For on-line classes the participant must have access to a computer with camera and microphone or in a small group and access to high-speed internet. Familiarity with the ISO9001 and AS9100D standards is helpful but not required.
Course Description:
Designed for ISO and aerospace auditors and suppliers, this instructor-led program features workshops tailored to the working environment of industry, as well as discussions on ISO9001, AS9100 and applicable FAA and industry rules and regulations.
Participants are given case studies, workshop exercises and quizzes that effectively measure the progress as they are successfully completed by the participant. The three modules which are covered with the instructor across the three-day period are:
- The Auditor Competence Unit QM – Covering the ISO and AS9100 Standard and other required AQMS knowledge.
- The Auditor Competence Unit TL – Covering auditing communication and interview Skills, and planning and reporting audits.
- The Auditor Competence Unit AU - Covering specific audit items such as required documentation, phases of an audit as well as risk-based approach to auditing planning and completing audit activities.

Face to face class cost is $1595.00 per person plus travel expenses at cost {if applicable). The instructor-led on-line class is $1295.00 per person. The required class materials are supplied. Discounts may be available for groups of four or more from the same organization.

Steve Musial, PE
Steve Musial graduated with a BSEE from Carnegie-Mellon University. Steve specializes in medium and high voltage transmission circuits and power systems and power system studies. He currently manages a growing department of electrical engineers and designers that design electrical systems for large semiconductor fabrication facilities, as well as data centers. He also acts as a subject matter expert on numerous technical issues. He teaches three courses each week for one hour a day as a way of mentoring younger electrical engineers and preparing them for their professional exams.

Course Overview
This instructor led course can be conducted on-line or face to face from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on the first day one and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on the second day. Small class groups may complete the work in one day.
For the on-line instructor-led class the participant must have access to a computer with camera and microphone or in a small group and access to high-speed internet.
The training covers:
- Internal Audit methodology and requirements
- Review of the standard with auditing points discussed
- A case study exercise covering potential and actual nonconformities with class discussion
- Preparation of Nonconformity Corrective Action requests
- Corrective Action cause determination and evaluation
- Methods for determining Corrective Action causes (Root Cause)

Can you tell me more about ECT Enterprises?
ECT-Enterprises is a friendly, locally owned company based in Wichita KS. We offer affordable training and assistance for the ISO9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems standards. We serve this local area as well as organizations across the USA.
We offer training for Internal Auditors as required by the standards and a more in-depth Lead Auditor course for those wanting that knowledge such as quality managers, top management and those individuals who wish to pursue working as an auditor for registrations. That course is the ISO9001 Lead Auditor Training with emphasis on AS9100. Both training classes are instructor led on-line or in person by arrangement.
We also offer tailored consulting for organizations wishing to demonstrate conformance to the ISO9001 and/or AS9100 standards. This can take the form of assisting with your development of a Quality Management System including planning, building a tailored quality manual, training for employees on your system, internal auditor training and preparing your organization for the registration audit.
We pride ourselves on being efficient and helping you implement your system through then turning the reigns over to you. Our years of experience have helped us prepare simple helps and forms to ensure meeting the requirements with no excess baggage. Of course, we are always available on an on-call basis to assist with Nonconformity Corrective Action (NCR) responses and any other questions.
After a Quality Management System is successfully registered, some organizations choose to outsource the required internal audits rather than maintaining an internal audit staff. We can provide that service as well.
Our owner has over 30 years experience in industry and aerospace as well as training and equipping ISO9001 and AS9100 Quality Management System auditors. He is an ISO9001 Lead Auditor and an Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA) for AS9100 and AS9110 and is listed on the OASIS Database.
